cycle time needed to be shorter. This was the beginning that
led to the successful implementation of our process that is
replicated for every new search.
We devised a corporate strategic approach that
differentiates us from other search firms. By consulting
with clients prior to beginning the search for candidates,
we identify the target companies and the critical skills
required for exceptional performance at your company. Our
cycle time to present candidates is generally a 1- 3 week
process than six to eight weeks.
Eighty percent of candidates placed have an advanced
degree and certification. All candidates placed have a minimum
of a Bachelors degree.
